Racquet_sports on ebay from malaysia selling APACS SCAM

Hi,

I bought from Racquet_Sports on ebay 1st time,
goods came ok
Contact him to arrange more rackets always pay in advanve with paypal
then ther was delay quoting delay due to his supplier let him down but evntually goods came so gave him good feedback too.
then return to buy more goods
75% goods arrive quoting no stocks
then do not have the model I want
now 3 months later th remaining goods never turn up
try to contact him on ebay and privately but refuse to answer me
I paid with paypal
he owe me USd$140 and no reply
he listed items he owe me on Ebay but why not replying and why no goods come after I paid him

Beware of this guy
draw you in and scam
I have been emailing him but still refuse to reply
can some one help me.. I am a family man buying rackets for children & friends in local club. no raesons to con anyone

My malaysian badminton fan or APACS fan, can you help?

Since you paid with Paypal, go through Paypal and report a claim that you want your money back from the other rackets he didn't supply you. Paypal is a lot better than going through ebay.
